On this episode of Bridging the Gap, I’m honored to talk with the workplace therapist himself: Brandon Smith. Brandon is an author, speaker, podcast host, and therapist who has committed himself to improving health and functionality in workplaces.
We discuss how to say “No,” enhancing the lineage of firms to get more leaders in your teams, the 80/20 plan, and how to push your team to lift heavier weights to reach higher goals.
Brandon also takes me down the path of understanding the importance of being strategic in your work/life actions to be able to start saying “No,” and he gives us some actual ways that we can start using this term more often.
